Weight loss and Sleep Correlation

Just about everybody that works with me is on a mission to lose body fat, yes?

Some days you may wake up down in weight, some days you may be up in weight. Why?

Here are some suggestions:

Have you ever been on a roll with fat loss, and then one day you wake up 2 hours earlier than normal and notice your weight went up?

Have you ever went through a horrible sleep cycle and noticed no matter what you did you couldn't lose fat?

Well, how about when you slept consistently and noticed you looked much better the following morning?

Ever notice when you wake up feeling refreshed, 9 out of 10 times you feel "leaner" that day.

It's no rocket science, that 25% of your fat loss journey has to include consistent and efficient sleep. There is absolutely NO WAY around it. If you want to make progress and have your nutrition dialed in, prioritize sleep first and foremost. 99% of the time you will make significant progress.
