Sometimes you eat carbs and get fat.

Sometimes the cycle is irregular.

Sometimes you begin getting furry out of nowhere.

Sometimes you just can't seem to lose weight.

All of these signs of PCOS - or Polycystic Overian Sydrome.

You can go to the doctor and they will call conditions PCOS when in actuality, you're just fat.

Many females I work with have serious hormonal issues and this is one of the main causes.

Nutrition is by far the driving force behind correcting this issue. Pulling back on the stress, training, sugars, and manipulating the nutrition to your advantage. This is also a condition that takes several months to correct. No, not a 12 week fix. But a 6-9 month period that a female MUST go through in order to correct and balance the body.

If you're a female who suffers from PCOS, get it handled immediately. I will give you a hint, medication is only going to worsen the issue.
