Don't get it twisted - Training is not for fat burning.

However, simplifying muscle contractions can yield the greatest fat burning response.

People spend hours per week performing cardio vascular work, under-eating, and loading themselves up with stimulants in order to achieve the common goal - fat loss.


If you want to generate the greatest hormonal response, coupled with proper nutrition and recovery (insert sleep; clear throat). Master your muscle contractions. If you cannot contract a muscle that is not loaded, you cannot contract a loaded muscle.
