THE ENEMY WITHIN

Many of you set goals that you never reach.

Why is that?

Is it because they are truly hard to reach, or does someone, or SOMETHING get in the way.

When we fail, we tend to point the finger at others. When it actuality, the enemy is staring you right in the face.

As a child, my brother told me there was this guy that was out to get me. His name was “Franky Fear”.

Franky lives inside your head and will show up any time challenges come knocking at your front door.

Franky's motive is to convince you that you CANNOT.

Therefore, you shall.

Having coached over 500+ clients, I can firmly attest that there is no greater enemy, then the enemy within.

Nobody will ever doubt you more than you will doubt yourself.

Nobody will ever care, more than you should.

The day you stop doing what you once set out for, please understand it has nothing to do with circumstance, but more to do with your friend, Frank, who owns your mindset.
