How To Succeed As A Client

I don't want progress.
I want results.
There is a world of a difference between the two.
Just about every client that comes to me has a goal is "losing body fat". There's this general idea that the less you eat, the more fat you lose. So fasting, keto, etc. would probably generate better results than a meal plan that has you eating protein, fats, carbs 4-5x daily. Wrong.
There is actually no one and only right way to diet down to single body fat percentage. However, there is a right approach. And it actually doesn't come from the coach, but the client.
Being coachable makes up about 50% of a clients progress, with the remaining 50% coming from the plan itself.
If you're a client and always feel the need to question, ask, try to manipulate or "work around" the diet, you will fail. It's simple. Trust me on this, every client that does this goes on my "shit list". When I paid a coach $4,000.00 to work with them, I simply told them treat me as if I know absolutely NOTHING. I never asked a single question. Even when I didn't feel great, I was wise enough to understand that when you pay someone to help you, you simply keep your mouth closed (literally) and only open it when it's time to eat, or speak when called upon.
I have never had a client fail when they were coachable.
Sure, things at times can get bumpy, and communication is key. But when things are rolling, getting down to single digit body fat isn't fun. It's actually very uncomfortable. It takes a different kind of determination, consistency, and coaching to get to that level.
If you want optimal results, have a 12, 24, 36, 48 week goal. If you try to cover all 48 weeks of progress in 12, you will crash. You are here to be coached. If you want to prevail, sit back and get shit done.
Good Day, folks.
