How Patience Can Make Your Progress

Many people ask me, "What does 12 weeks mean?"

"Is this all we can work with?"

"Is this a specific protocol?"

No.

No..

And hell no...

When I sat back several years ago, and thought to myself of the ideaL timeline for a client to set and conquer a MICRO-GOAL, 12 weeks came to mind.

Realistically, nothing happens in 30 days, unless you completely decimate your body, which we don't strive to do.

I believe that 12 weeks at a time gives clients an ideal range to to attack their goal. If your goal is to drop 20#, 12 weeks would be a great timeline for this. Imagine the pressure and the stress you put both your mind and body through by trying to lose 20# in 30 days? Now what if we took that same goal and spread it over 3 months? Chances are you will cruise to it, and beyond; catapulting you to greater grounds. A realistic approach is for a client to be around for a year, to 3 years. Some of my best transformations were clients that have been around for 16 months plus, as many of my older clients now understand the value of time.

If you are here for a 12 week fix, you will achieve good results.

If you want optimal results, think years, not months.

Let the captain steer the ship, and you will reach places you never thought were possible.

Don't go hard.

Don't go ham.

Just go.. and keep going.

Yes! So very true! And doing it this way, the results are permanent. It’s not a quick fix or fad that in the end, never works anyways. Just do it the right way to achieve lasting results!
