Foods we "need" TO avoid

The simple mind believes that by cutting sugar, dairy, gluten we automatically lose fat.

WRONG.

Macro nutrient based diets are a good for for the lost. For those who have no idea how to follow any diet, a macro diet is a good place to start. I personally have never paid much attention to macros, except for knowing what each person generally eats.

Have you ever eaten something that was "healthy", yet your body hated your guts for eating it. Yeah, that's probably not a "healthy" food for you. As my tag-line goes, your gut determines your fate. What your body can digest and assimilate goes into the category of beneficial for you. Most people have a hard time digesting red meat, turning them vegan in the process (shoot me?).

The actual cause is an enzyme in the gut that your body is missing, that was caused by the process of your decimation to your own gut biome. Sounds right?? You know, all the medication, pills, sugar, alcohol that you've consumed over that years that made you feel great for 23 seconds, and sent you backwards the following day. That's the cancer production that you've initiated within your own body.

I start each client with a similar eating pattern for the first several weeks in order to see what works and what doesn't, in their favor. Foods that work aren't what I consider, but what your body calls for. Yes, the magic is in the work. But in a gist, health food isn't healthy if your gut doesn't agree with it. Learn to feed your micro biome, instead of constantly trashing it. This effects your brain, hormones, sex drive, digestive system----the entire endocrine system.

💯 Spot on! When you think you’re eating something healthy but in reality it doesn’t work for your body and your gut and then you end up feeling worse because of it. I have been with you for almost 24 weeks and I haven’t had any stomach issues since you corrected my nutrition.
